These sessions are for you when you feel changed by your perinatal experiences. You may not have realised the physical changes, emotional intensity and exhaustion that is part of this time. Other people’s social stories are not necessarily what you personally experience.

When a mother chooses to unburden herself by compassionately exploring the story she has about her pregnancy, labour and delivery, she becomes a remedy for others to do the same, gifting permission for mothers to seek a kinder, less traumatic story for themselves, sending ripples of healing through their communities.

I understand the experience of being out of kilter postpartum, so I designed MotherBALM to support you to get your footing.
Accessing several modalities, such as the one-of-a kind Birth Story Medicine® map, I begin by deeply listening to your story to learn what state it is in, and what painful aspects you are still holding. I lead you to uproot negatives, allowing you to shed anything emotionally heavy rather than carry it in your body.
Sessions include personalised postpartum recovery yoga poses, breathing techniques and Hypopressives™ Low Pressure Fitness techniques—a full body approach for pelvic floor recovery and core health. Weight loss may occur as the body releases and shifts in physiology.
Healing is not always found pushing yourself through boot camp to fix how you look on the outside.
You first have to heal the ordeal you went through from the inside.
