The name of this woman-centred approach was inspired by a goddess of radical self-transcendence, CHINNAMASTA, as I interpreted the stories, reminds you that you may be giving up too much of who you are in self-sacrifice.
As you experience hormonal shifts in your late 30s through your menopausal years, you may feel like you have lost your head in the pursuit of helping others. Among the common discomforts felt by woman at this time in life are advancing confusion and lack of sleep. Perhaps you have memory problems because you are beyond capacity. You may be anxious about what is in front of you or feel low energy after flashing hot from suppressed anger and passion without a healthy outlet.

How The masta method works
This combination of very supportive modalities can help expose and move emotional energies which our culture has encouraged us to swallow and stuff down in our body to carry.
Choose to give up the role you once had to step into a healthier, more resourceful you.
Together, we create a customised plan that may include a discovery map for you to follow, hypnosis for meaningful change and gentle body movement for reduced physical symptoms.
In these sessions, I gently take you back to the beginning so you can uproot what has become overgrown—allowing your true path to become clear. Then move along that path with grace, balance and power using the embodied movement practices you receive from me, designed specifically for your being.
Unlike talk therapy, you follow my directions and only share a few words during the process. You will gain meaningful insight, which may change your physiology and your mindset. We then go into your movement pathway, which may include yoga and Hypopressives™ breathwork.
